Overlay layout is easy if you know anything about HTML.
im will explain how i do my own way:
First im not using any image slices, flash or anything that you see in any other overlay layout, the reason is " i don't want to complicate my life" all i want is the easy way!!!

***I did my layout in my "microsoft paint" (if you have photoshop the better)

you can make any size, any design, anything that you want. all you have to do is to copy and paste with the help of this
HOW?
***open your " microsoft paint" (click the start menu of your pc then go to programs and click accesories) and choose any background color you want by filling with color (bucket paint) or use the photobucket and choose some images just copy and paste it to paint (your layout). The size of layout (click the image above then attributes)
